WorldmindAI is committed to protecting your privacy across every app in our family.

Data by domain
WorldmindAI is a connected family of apps, each focused on a single part of your life. The data we collect depends entirely on which app you use — we only ever collect what that specific app needs to function.

  • MotoMind — driving
    MotoMind may collect and process the following information to provide app functionality:

    Location data for trip tracking, journey analytics, parking assistance, toll awareness and navigation-related features.

    Optional Bluetooth vehicle telemetry data when connected to a compatible OBDLink adapter. This may include vehicle information such as speed, mileage, trip statistics and diagnostic information.

    MotoMind does not remotely control vehicles, modify vehicle settings, or access vehicle systems beyond the data made available by supported adapters.

  • WellMind — health
    WellMind is currently in development. When available, this section will describe exactly what health-related information WellMind collects and how it is used, under the same principles that govern every WorldMind app.

  • WealthMind — money
    WealthMind is currently in development. When available, this section will describe exactly what financial information WealthMind collects and how it is used, under the same principles that govern every WorldMind app.

  • ThinkMind — thinking & decisions
    ThinkMind is currently in development. When available, this section will describe exactly what information ThinkMind collects to support your planning and decision-making, under the same principles that govern every WorldMind app.

  • EarthMind — the world around you
    EarthMind is currently in development. When available, this section will describe exactly what information EarthMind collects, under the same principles that govern every WorldMind app.

  • WorldMind — the connective layer
    Where a future feature connects insight across more than one WorldMind app, this section will describe exactly what is shared between apps, and how. No cross-app data sharing exists today.

How we use your data, across all domains
Information collected by any WorldMind app is used solely to provide and improve that app's functionality. Where possible, data is stored locally on your device. Certain features may require limited cloud-based processing to support app functionality.

WorldmindAI may use anonymised, aggregated, or de-identified data to improve our services, and may, in the future, share or license such data with trusted third parties as part of our business. We will never sell personally identifiable information without your explicit consent. Where applicable, you will be able to opt out of having your data used in this way, and we will update this policy and notify users before any such change takes effect.

Your rights over your data
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it's inaccurate, request that we delete it, restrict how we process it, object to certain kinds of automated processing, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent to process data — such as location data or vehicle telemetry — you can withdraw that consent at any time, and you can stop using any feature that depends on it without losing access to the rest of the app.

Where your data is processed
WorldmindAI is based in the United Arab Emirates, and your data may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and with applicable law, regardless of where it is processed.

Some categories of data may be subject to additional storage requirements depending on your location and the type of data involved. Where such requirements apply — for example, to certain health-related data under UAE law — we will store and process that data accordingly.

Third-party services
WorldmindAI may utilise third-party services, including Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze and Google AdMob. When using these services, users may also be subject to the privacy policies of those providers.

Children's privacy
WorldmindAI is not directed at children under the age of 13.
